Effect of Temperature on Light Emitting Diodes

Datetime: 2018-12-03 09:01:33    View: 783

Every electronic component has its peak temperature which can bear. Any light emitting diode component has clear welding requirements. It can not be welded at will, otherwise it will cause damage to the light emitting diode. The welding temperature of conventional LED tip should not exceed 300 C and the welding time should not exceed 3 seconds.

In the process of welding, attention should be paid to minimizing the pressure of LED and thermal shock on wafer, so as to prevent damage to wafer, avoid high temperature dressing and avoid live welding of led. When using led, the temperature of lamp holder or heat conduction base should not be greater than 60 C, and attention should be paid to the influence of ambient temperature on the photoelectric performance of lamps.
